Velocity 2023 Fall Programs - Grades 3-8 COED
Our fall programs are for girls and boys in grades 3-8 (2010-2015 birthdates).  Instead of having each program separated by age group, we will separate the programs by skill level so that each player can be challenged but not intimidated.  We welcome complete beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.  Take a look at the levels listed below and see which one your son or daughter would be most likely to fit into.  We will also let players switch groups after the first day if it is too hard or too easy.  If your daughter or son registers with a friend, we will guarantee that they will be grouped together.  You can enter their friends name during registration!

Program Dates: Weekly on Saturdays.  September 23rd to Nov 25th.
Location: 17465 60th Ave, Cloverdale, Surrey, BC
Cost: $245 per player.

Level 1 | 10am-12pm on Saturdays
  • Level 1 will teach the very basics of volleyball and work on establishing the skills needed to maintain a rally with 3 touches per side.
  • Minimum Required Experience/Skills: None!  Complete Beginners Welcome.
Level 2 | 12pm-2pm on Saturdays
  • Level 2 will work to improve the fundamental volleyball skills, while adding some intermediate skills as well such as consistent overhand serving, tipping, digging, and back setting.
  • Minimum Required Experience/Skills: controlled passing and setting, hitting approach footwork, underhand or overhand serving.
​Level 3 | 2pm-4pm on Saturdays
  • Level 3 will work on a lot of intermediate skills with a few advanced skills such as blocking, jump setting, diving, and jump serving.  This is a great program for players who are also involved in the volleyball season at their high school or for very advanced grade 7 players.
  • Minimum Required Experience/Skills: consistent overhand serving, controlled passing, setting, and serve receive, court awareness.

Refund Policy:
An 75% refund will be given if an athlete withdraws at least 3 weeks before the start date.  A 75% refund will also be given at any time if a replacement athlete can be found.  Exceptions to the above rules can be made for extenuating circumstances such as an injury.

*Velocity Volleyball Club reserves the right to remove an athlete from a program if it would not be a good fit for them.*
Velocity Volleyball Club is a competitive girls volleyball club in the BC Lower Mainland.  We are a registered club with Volleyball BC and our club teams compete in the Volleyball BC Provincial Championships.  Velocity Athletes are from Surrey, Langley, Delta, and Abbotsford!
