FAQ
Q: Which teams is Velocity planning to run for each age group? A: Take a look at the chart below for a list of the teams we are planning to run for each age of boys and girls. Q: Does my son or daughter need to attend all the tryouts listed for their age group? A: No. They only need to attend one tryout to be considered for all teams that they would be eligible for. We will assign them to a specific tryout time based on their age group and experience. Q: Which teams compete at Volleyball BC provincials? A: Our Compete teams and Elite teams compete at Volleyball BC provincials. Our Spring League teams compete against other teams within the league. Q: Will I be considered for Elite, Compete, and Spring League teams all at one tryout? A: Yes! Each athlete only needs to attend one tryout. We will evaluate each player and determine which team(s) they qualify for. After registering for tryouts, we will determine which tryout each athlete needs to attend, and you will be able to view the tryout schedule on TeamSnap within 2-3 days after registering. |
