Refund Policies

Camps + Clinics
  • A 75% refund will be given if an athlete withdraws at least 3 weeks prior to the clinic start date.
  • A 75% refund will be given at any time if a replacement athlete can be found.
  • Velocity VC may make exceptions to these policies for extenuating circumstances.  This could include injuries (a doctors note may be required) or family emergencies.  These exceptions are based on the discretion of the club.
Club Teams, League Teams, and Beach Volleyball Teams.
  • ​​When an athlete registers on a team, they are committing to play with that team for the season.  There are no refunds if an athlete chooses to withdraw UNLESS there are extenuating circumstances (injury, family emergency) as determined by Velocity VC.  When an athlete signs with a team, Velocity VC rents gym space, orders clothing and equipment, denies other prospective athletes that spot, and schedules coaches.
  • Velocity VC offers pre registration spots for club/league and beach volleyball.  These spots guarantee that an athlete will receive a spot, although their team/level is determined after tryouts.  This is a NON REFUNDABLE fee.  If you are unsure whether or not you'd like to participate - choose the tryout only option instead. 
Tryouts
  • Tryout fees are non refundable.
Private Lessons
  • Once confirmed and paid for, Private Lessons are non refundable.
Velocity Volleyball Club is a youth volleyball club in the BC Lower Mainland.  We are a registered club with Volleyball BC and our elite and compete level teams compete in the Volleyball BC Provincial Championships.  Velocity Athletes are primarily from Surrey, Langley, Delta, and Abbotsford!
