2026 COED Fall League + Training Programs
Our leagues are a great way for athletes to continue to learn and play volleyball, while making good friends, and staying active!
We also have additional training programs for a variety of levels.  Athletes are welcome to join us in one or both types of programs.

Step #1: Determine your Level.

Our programs are organized by skill level, with age being an important but not defining factor.  To join a Level 2+ program, athletes must first attend a placement tryout.  These placement tryouts do not "cut" anyone.  Instead, they are used to determine the best possible program for each athlete!
REGISTER FOR PLACEMENT TRYOUTS

Step #2: Register for the Season!

We offer Leagues and Training Programs. In a league, athletes are formed into teams and they train and compete against other teams within their level.  In a training program, each session involves drills and scrimmages that allow athletes to develop their skills, but athletes are not placed on a set team for the season.
Once assigned to a level, an athlete may register in whichever option they prefer.  Athletes are welcome to register in multiple programs within their level.  Schedule information and registration links are listed below for each level.
Level 1
Velocity training programs will focus on fun, skill development, and passion for the game!  Level 1 programs have a typical age range of Grade 2-7, however, enrollment is not strictly limited to those ages.
